Yes we offer Free Shipping across Pakistan if you order value is Rs 4000 and above. Otherwise you will be charged Rs 195 shipping charges

No, currently we ship only within Pakistan.

Each product has a delivery estimate given on our website. Delivery time can vary depending on products. Most products have a delivery time of 2 to 3 working days.

You will receive an email once your order has been shipped. You can also see live updates on your order by logging in to your account. You will also receive the text from Rakanaa and from the courier about the delivery

You cannot purchase an out of stock product, however, you can enter your email and click the notify button which is on every out of stock product. Once the product is in stock we will email you regarding it's availability.

If you order has not been shipped it can me cancelled by either going to your Dashboard order detail section and clicking the cancel Icon or you may call our support team to cancel. if your order has been shipped then it can not be cancelled.
